Q. What is a home study course?
A. You read the article or book on your own and then take a test to show you understand it.
Q. Where do I get the home study material?
A. You may already have the article or book for the course, since our courses are based on published material. In any case, you will be given a link to a source, on-line when possible. Some of the on-line publications are available free.
Q. What if I fail the test?
A. You will immediately be shown the questions you answered incorrectly, and allowed to answer them again. Also, you will be allowed to retake the test at any time in the future. You may retake the test repeatedly until you pass.

Q. What if I am just not happy with the whole process after I have paid my money?
A. A full refund is available if you have not earned the CE credits you paid for. After you have received a certificate of completion, requests for refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. For more information read our Complaint Resolution Procedure.
